PROJECT MANAGEMENT LEDtronics will assign an in-house project manager to be the customer’s contact in regards to coordination of the design, manufacturing, on-site subcontracting, system installation, time scheduling, and all aspects regarding installation. In addition, LEDtronics will assign a project management team, thus covering all aspects and details of the project from equipment to software, animation and operator support. LEDtronics will also provide the following support to the Customer:
