PROJECT MANAGEMENT 

LEDtronics will assign an in-house project manager to be the customer’s contact in regards to coordination of the design, manufacturing, on-site subcontracting, system installation, time scheduling, and all aspects regarding installation.  In addition, LEDtronics will assign a project management team, thus covering all aspects and details of the project from equipment to software, animation and operator support.

LEDtronics will also provide the following support to the Customer:

  • Our technician, who will be familiar with the project, system construction, assembly and testing at the factory, will be the technician on site
  • Supervise in assembly and mounting of displays
  • Complete signal hookups, test, and make system 100% operational
  • General duties involved with installation regarding mechanical, signal, electrical, and operational issues that arise during installation
