Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• To provide support and coordination in Sales & Marketing.
• To provide assistance in Administration, Procurement & Logistics.
• To generate sales proposals, requisitions, reports, and customers feedback.
• To manage customer relationship, company announcements, news releases, sales gallery, equipment rental.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Tertiary Education, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Good command in English (written & spoken), Mandarin and B. Malaysia.
• Must be proficient in MS Office.
• Female preferred with good communication skills.

Marketing Consultant

Responsibilities:

• To identify potential markets through extensive market research and studies for existing and new products.
• To develop and implement marketing strategies locally and geographically for new and emerging markets.
• To provide assistance in commercial proposals, sales kits, website management and presentation materials.
• To develop and sustain good relationships with new and key account customers.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Marketing/ Management/ Mass Communications or related discipline.
• At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Excellent command in English (written & spoken) and B. Malaysia.
• Applicant must possess own transportation.
• Female preferred with pleasant personality, excellent PR & communication skills.

Graphic Designer / Animator

Responsibilities:

• To create artist impressions and renderings for 2D/3D multimedia presentation.
• To conceptualize and develop advertising campaign for print and electronic media.
• To create and manage content on digital media, for indoor and outdoor applications.
• To support Sales & Marketing in proposals, literatures, website and drawings.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Art & Design / Animation / Multimedia / Digital Communication other equivalent discipline.
• At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in Flash, Photoshop/Illustration, Dreamweaver, HTML, After Effect, and any 3D modeling software (eg.  ACAD, 3D studio Max, Lightwave, Maya, etc.)
• Good command in English (written & spoken), and B. Malaysia.
• Able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Talented, artistic, results-driven, and able to act as a team player.

Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• To manage projects locally and abroad, on-time and within budget.
• To report directly to Project Manager on project budgeting, monthly reports and service reports.
• To liaise and coordinate with clients, architects, local authorities, consultants, main-contractors and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
• To provide technical support to Sales & Marketing.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronic/ /Telecommunication) or related discipline.
• At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good command in English (written & spoken), Mandarin and B. Malaysia.
• Applicant must be willing to travel outstation and overseas.
• Able to work independently, efficiently and effectively.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Self-initiative, well-organized, results-driven, and able to act as a team player.
